Theia’s current role is as project officer at Northumberland National Park Authority. She works on the Northumberland Small Business Service supporting farm businesses in growth, resilience and diversification. With a BSc in Environmental Geography and an MSc in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development, she combines her academic expertise in geography and sustainability with professional experience in rural land management.
