James is Environment Manager for Port of Tyne. His focus is on supporting the port to adopt sustainable business practices and promoting the use of clean energy within the maritime, shipping and logistics industries. He has a degree in Environmental Science.

Hugo Remnant

Hugo is former Chair of the Trust and an experienced land manager. He brings a wealth of experience in working with farmers to manage land in a more environmentally friendly way. Outside of the Trust, Hugo is a keen fisherman.

David is a chartered accountant and chairs the Finance and Risk Committee of the Trust. He has spent time with all four of the world’s largest accountancy practices amassing over 40 years of experience. In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist and fisherman.
