Our charity credentials
We are a registered charity, number 1107358. We are registered as a company limited by guarantee in England and Wales, number 5086888, and constituted under a Memorandum of Association, dated 29 March 2004.
Organisational structure and decision-making
We are grateful to our influential and hard-working Board of Trustees, without whose governance and reputation we would find it hard to raise funds. Our well-balanced board bring their experience both in board meetings and behind the scenes on issues such as strategy, governance, finance and employment, and have expertise in all the relevant professions. Our Trustees are appointed under the terms of our Memorandum and Articles of Association. At each annual general meeting, one fifth of our directors retire and are eligible for re-election.
