Tyne Rivers Trust works across the Tyne and Northumberland river catchments to protect and restore rivers for people, wildlife and future generations.
From time to time, we work with external organisations, consultants and specialist suppliers to help us deliver projects and strengthen the Trust.
We are committed to an open and transparent approach to procurement and publish our current tender opportunities here, giving suitably qualified organisations, consultants and suppliers the opportunity to find out more and submit a proposal.

These opportunities are made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Thanks to National Lottery players, we are strengthening our team and increasing our capacity to protect and restore rivers across the region.
HR Organisational Review & Framework
Helping us build strong foundations for the future
As Tyne Rivers Trust grows and develops, it is important that our internal structures, policies and frameworks evolve with us.
We are seeking an experienced HR consultancy to undertake a comprehensive organisational review and help us develop a clear, fair and future-focused people framework.
The project will look at areas including organisational structure, role clarity, pay and progression, job descriptions and employment documentation. This work will help us create consistent and transparent systems for our team while strengthening the organisational resilience we need to support our future growth.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Strengthening the way we manage our relationships and impact
Our work depends on strong relationships with communities, volunteers, partners, supporters, businesses, funders and many other organisations across the region.
As Tyne Rivers Trust grows, we need a more effective way of bringing information about those relationships together and helping our teams use it consistently across the organisation.
We are therefore seeking a supplier to provide and implement a new Customer Relationship Management system.
The CRM will help strengthen our stakeholder engagement, fundraising, philanthropy and commercial activity, while improving the way we manage data, understand our relationships and build long-term support for our work.
