Report a safeguarding concern to Tyne Rivers Trust

  • Who should use the form – anyone who believes a Tyne Rivers Trust employee, volunteer or contractor has behaved inappropriately with children or adults at risk.
  • A child is anyone who has not yet reached their 18th birthday and an adult at risk is a person over the age of 18, who may have additional needs or circumstances that mean they are more at risk from potential hazards including abuse, violence, neglect and modern slavery.
  • If there is immediate danger to a child or adult at risk, please report it to the police by phoning 999.

Once we have received your form, we will follow our safeguarding allegation procedures. If you provide your contact details we will acknowledge receipt of your report and may be in touch for further details/clarification. If you choose to report anonymously, we will follow our safeguarding allegation procedures but will not be able to get any further details from you.
