Riverfly

Join a national project using riverflies to monitor river health.

Learn how to kick-sample and identify invertebrates to then monitor your own stretch of river regularly.

This is part of a national programme run by the Freshwater Biological Association and is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and supported by the Environment Agency.

The event is FREE but places are limited so please book your place by emailing Maddy, m.fowler@tyneriverstrust.org

The event takes place at St Peter’s Church Centre, 25 York Avenue, Jarrow, NE32 5LP on Friday 21st June from 9.00am until 5.00pm
