Dear Volunteers,

Just a quick reminder of tasks over the next couple of weeks. Please note I am only at work Wednesday and Thursday this week and Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Back to normal the following week!

Thursday 13th April- Woolsington Ponds- 10.30am (or at TRT office at 10am) This is part of the Ouseburn River Restoration Project and we would love as many people to come along and help us re-seed and plant 1500sq metres of land! We will be joined by Lesley from Groundwork and hopefully some of the lovely residents of Woolsington. I will bring biscuits! We will be meeting at the lay-by just West of the A696.
Tuesday 18th April- Jesmond Dene- 10.00am (or at the TRT office 9.20am) Please bring wellies along to this one and waders if you have them as hopefully we will be getting in the Ouseburn on this joint task with Newcastle Council Volunteer Rangers.

Please let me know if you would like to come along to either of the above and I can send further instructions/ directions etc.

I hope you had a lovely weekend, we had a fab time on the Derwent in the sun yesterday with TRT volunteers and Axwell Park and Derwent Valley Angling Association, thanks to all who helped!

See you soon!
